Returns & Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting art by Kendyl Clayton. Each piece is individually crafted and one of a kind, and slight variations in shape, size, glaze, and color are a natural part of the process.


Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Because every piece is handmade and unique, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the full product description and photos before placing an order, as they provide the most accurate representation of the piece you will receive.


Damaged Orders

Great care is taken when packaging each order securely for shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of recieving package and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging and shipping box

Refunds, replacements, and store credit are not available for shipping damage unless shipping insurance was selected at checkout.

Shipping Protection is optional but highly recommended. Orders placed without Shipping Protection are not eligible for refunds or replacements due to loss or damage that occurs during transit.

Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States & United Kingdom.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. Because each ceramic piece is carefully packed, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • United States: Flat-rate shipping of $10 on all orders.
  • International: Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and package weight and will vary accordingly.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, package, and fulfill your order before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Standard Shipping

At this time, we offer Standard Shipping only.

Once your order has been shipped, standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. The shipping carrier provides delivery estimates and may be extended due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that shipping time begins after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control or care. While we are always happy to assist with shipment-related questions, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or assume responsibility for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit.

For added peace of mind, we highly recommend selecting Shipping Insurance at checkout. Orders placed without shipping insurance are not eligible for refunds or replacements if the package is lost or damaged during transit.
